MyTyme ("we", "us") lets people collect and share photos and videos from events in one shared album. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using MyTyme you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, username, email address, and (if you sign in with Google or Apple) the basic profile info they share.
• Content you add — photos, videos, captions, comments, events you create or join, and messages you send.
• Usage & device information — app activity, device type, and app version, used to keep the service working and secure.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To provide the core service — creating events, sharing albums, feeds, movies, groups, and messaging.
• To keep MyTyme safe — automated content moderation screens uploaded photos, videos, and text for prohibited content.
• To send you notifications you've enabled, and to respond to support requests.
• To improve and secure the app and prevent abuse.

Service providers we share data with

We share limited data only with trusted providers that help us run MyTyme, under their own data protections:

• Google Firebase — account sign-in and push notifications.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — secure storage of your media and automated content-safety scanning.
• Stripe — subscription payments.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices & rights

• You can edit your profile, delete individual photos, and delete events or posts in the app.
• You can delete your account at any time, which removes your personal data from active use.
• You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
• To request access to or deletion of your data, email us at the address below.

Children

MyTyme is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use industry-standard measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
